How much hair do I need?

  • We recommend buying 2-3 bundles of hair for lengths 12” to 18”.
  • We recommend 3 or more bundles for lengths 20″or longer depending on the look you are going for.
  • The longer your hair, the shorter the weft will be, and the more bundles you need.

Shipping Policy

  • Standard shipping is within 5 to 7 business days
  • Standard shipping for pre-order wigs is within 10 to 12 business days
  • SALE orders ship out in the order in which they are received. Due to the high volume of SALE orders, PLEASE ALLOW 7 to 14 BUSINESS DAYS ON ALL SALE ORDERS to process and ship.
  • If a product ordered is on back-order you will be will notified via email
  • Orders are shipped out on Monday through Friday, no orders are shipped out on weekends.
  • All orders placed after 5pm EST will start processing on the following business day.
  • Business Hours are from Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm EST, holidays will not count as a business day

Return Policy

  • Due to the nature of the item and for sanitary purposes ALL SALES ARE FINAL
  • We do not do returns or exchanges unless there is a mistake on our behalf, we will make the changes to correct it immediately
  • NO REFUNDS/NO EXCHANGES/NO CANCELLATIONS

Hair Maintenance

We recommend using a professional hair stylist to assist with your hair installations

  • Shampoo at least once a week
  • Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water
  • Apply conditioner, comb through with a wide tooth comb, starting from the ends working your way up to the roots
  • Rinse out conditioner thoroughly
  • Let hair air dry
  • Keep styling products use at a minimum to avoid build up
  • For Wavy & Curly hair use a spray bottle filled water to maintain the curl pattern
  • If you are going for the “WET” look, use a leave in conditioner & water or gel
  • DO NOT USE PRODUCTS THAT ARE ALCOHOL BASED.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

For damaged or incorrect item(s), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package via email fayvncollection@outlook.com.

Tracking Number

Tracking information is emailed to the email address on your order form on the day that your order ships out, you will NOT receive a tracking number as soon as your order is placed.
