Tracking information is emailed to the email address on your order form on the day that your order ships out, you will NOT be receiving a tracking number as soon as your order is placed.
We ship all packages with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. Meaning, someone must be there to sign for the package. USPS will usually make several attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange an alternate delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for package pick-up,if necessary. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.
Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package.
Apply conditioner, comb through with a wide tooth comb, starting from the ends working your way up to the roots. We recommend using products like Suave, Pantene, Treseme, and/or Silicon Mix.
Rinse out conditioner thoroughly.
Let hair air dry.
Use styling products at a minimum to avoid build up for Wavy & Curly hair use a spray bottle filled water to maintain the curl pattern
If you are going for the “WET” look use a leave in conditioner & water
DO NOT USE PRODUCTS THAT ARE ALCOHOL BASED.
If you plan on sleeping with your wig on, please sleep in your Fayvn Collection silk bonnet.
Processing time takes up to 5 business days, standard shipping takes 3-5 days and 10-14 business days for wigs. Holidays or weekends don’t count as business days. Fayvn Collection is currently ran by one person, so please be very patient with your orders and allow 4-10 business days on sale orders to be processed and shipped. All orders placed after 5pm EST will be processed the next business day.
All orders are shipped with USPS and will require SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for package pick-up, if necessary.
