Hair Maintenance

We recommend using a professional hair stylist to assist with your hair installations

  • Shampoo hair at least twice a week.
  • Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
  • Apply conditioner, comb through with a wide tooth comb, starting from the ends working your way up to the roots.
  • Rinse out conditioner and let it air dry.
  • ​Use styling products at a minimum to avoid build up.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

  • Due to the nature of the item and for sanitary purposes ALL SALES ARE FINAL
  • We do not do returns or exchanges unless there is a mistake on our behalf, we will make the changes to correct it immediately
  • For damaged or incorrect item(s), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package via email fayvncollection@outlook.com.
  • NO REFUNDS/NO EXCHANGES/NO CANCELLATIONS.

Shipping

  • Standard shipping is within 5 to 7 business days
  • Standard shipping for pre-order wigs is within 10 to 12 business days
  • SALE orders ship out in the order in which they are received due to the high volume of SALE orders, PLEASE ALLOW 7 to 14 BUSINESS DAYS ON ALL SALE ORDERS to process and ship
  • If a product ordered is on back-order you will be will notified via email
  • Orders are shipped out on Monday through Friday, no orders are shipped out on weekends
  • All orders placed after 5pm EST will start processing on the following business day
  • Business Hours are from M-F 9am - 6pm EST, holidays will not count as a business day

    All orders are shipped with USPS. We ship all packages with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. Meaning, someone must be there to sign for the package. USPS will usually make several attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange an alternate delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for package pick-up,if necessary. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments. Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package.
